The Camden Society provides a range of innovative and modern services across London and in Oxfordshire, enabling people with learning disabilities to live full and satisfying lives.

We are currently seeking Project Workers for Hotel In The Park, our Short Breaks service in Tower Hamlets, London located close to Victoria Park. The Hotel has stylish, comfortable and accessible rooms and provides support for up to 7 guests per night. To find out more about Hotel in the Park click here.

The role: Project Workers provide practical, emotional, and physical support to guests at the Hotel. You will support guests in a range of activities, including sports and visits around the city.

Ideal candidates will:
• Enjoy working with people with a learning disability and experience of working with people with challenging behaviour
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have experience of working in a multi-cultural setting
• Have the ability to keep accurate records
• Be able to work as part of a team

You will be required to work shifts, including sleepovers, and occasional waking nights.
