What is it?

Cycle in the Park is based within Regents Park and offers people with a learning disability the opportunity to get out, meet new friends, get active and feel good. The bikes themselves are a variety of adapted bikes ensuring that no one is excluded on their ability.

Cycles are planned up to three months in advance and volunteers then lead and support the group each week.

We are looking for volunteers who can commit to a minimum of one session a month. The group runs from 6pm to 8.30pm every Tuesday evening through out the summer and then every Sunday afternoon 1pm – 3pm through the winter.   No experience is necessary.  Full training and support is provided.  Travel and expenses are also covered.
