Whistleblowing Policy

The Camden Society promotes an open and transparent culture where staff feel that they can raise concerns without fear of reprisals. Staff are encouragedto reflect upon the way we treat the people we support, in line with our Openand Honest values, promoting transparency and candour.

Individuals working for The Camden Society are therefore strongly encouraged to raise any concerns that they may have about the conduct of others in the organisation, or the way in which the organisation is run.

The Camden Society's Whistleblowing Policy provides further information on how staff should report a concern, and sets out the ways in which the organisation will investigate any issues arising from a disclosure.
