Fundraising success!

Volunteers and staff braved the chilly December conditions last Saturday, 11th December, to run stalls and Christmas fairs to raise funds for the Camden Society. Choices ran their Christmas fair from Greenwood Place, offering customers the opportunity to pick up some last minute gifts, as well as a raffle and refreshments. Another group manned a stall at West End Green's Christmas market, selling a variety of goods from Christmas trees to mince pies, mistletoe to chutney. Unity Kitchen St Luke's opened for the day for St Luke's Centre's annual Christmas fair: hot dogs and carrot cake were on offer, along with the more traditional festive offerings of butternut squash and ginger soup, and Christmas cake. More than £1,300 was raised on the day, so a big 'thank you' to volunteers, staff and customers alike!
