Unity Kitchen: Tooley Street


 

Opened in May 2010 and with an emphasis on good environmental practice, modern food and good design, Unity Kitchen Tooley Street is already attracting much attention as a new social enterprise. Having created 14 jobs for local people with disabilities, the business is the latest and largest addition to our chain of catering social enterprises, catering for up to 2,000 people each day.

With a modern kitchen located in Southwark Council's new offices in London Bridge, our professional chefs create fresh, healthy food to complement the Unity Kitchen selection of Fairtrade, organic drinks and nutritious snacks. In addition, our catering service offers bespoke menus for corporate meetings and events held at the Council building.
