Cook Together Eat Together

An introduction to healthy eating where you will learn the positive benefits of healthy foods and how to add good habits to your life style.

Join this course to:

-Learn about the healthy food groups

-Be able to improve your diet

-Understand the benefits of drinking water and keeping hydrated

-Prepare and cook healthy and nutritious foods

When: Tuesdays 4pm - 7pm

Digital World: Social Media

The course is for beginners who want to learn more about social media and how to stay connected with people online.

You will:

Learn how to use the computer and mouse

Get to know the different social media platforms

Learn to send a multi media message

Understand how to be safe online

When: Monday 4pm - 6pm

Staying Well: Mind & Wellbeing

The course is for beginners who want to learn more about staying well, and looking after our mental health

You will learn about:

What impact our mental health can have on our physical health

Learn more about stress and anxiety

Find out when we might need to get support with our mental health in the community

How to ask for help when we need it

How to be kind to ourselves

When: 4.30 - 6.30
