Tai Chi 

Would you like to learn how to relax, manage your stress and feel calm? Then Tai Chi is the session for you. It has a great health benefits and is an opportunity to learn exercises techniques to improve fitness, work on your breathing to keep calm and improve coordination. 

Cook Together Eat Together 

Everybody loves food, but actually, what we cook is important, especially when we need to be healthy. This club will help you to learn how to cook and prepare healthy and nutritious meals and plan meals to fit your budget.

 We have two courses available that would help you with your physical and emotional well being: 

Hearts and Bodies 

Find out how to look after your physical health and understand the conditions that can affect it.

Mind and Well Being

Learn how to manage your emotions, stress and anxiety. You can share your concerns and experiences with your peers.
