Choices Retirement Project: Camden

Positive experiences for people over 50
If you are over 50 and want to enjoy a relaxed retirement doing activities with other people, you may want to try the Choices project. At Choices you could:
- Get crafty using arts materials
- Visit old time music shows and sing along
- Enjoy fish & chip lunches at the seaside
- Get together to cook healthy lunches and learn about different foods & cultures
- Learn about plants and enjoy light gardening on a sunny terrace decked out with comfortable chairs, pots of tea and plenty of magazines
Gentle learning
At the Choices project, you'll get support to get creative, to make new friends, develop your social skills, and enjoy your leisure time. You'll get support to try new things and to work with other people in a group.
At Choices you'll be able to make your own decisions about what you want to do. You'll then get all the support you need to do it. Choices is a gentle project that will support you to explore your community and have fun with other people, all at your own speed.
