Get out and get involved with our Community Projects. Transport can be included and you'll get support to make new friends, explore London and learn new skills.
The Summer & Easter Schemes
If you're over 18, these schemes are for you. Get active in the holidays and try water skiing, rock climbing and ice skating. Explore your city and be a tourist in London. Boggle your mind with modern art or flex your muscles in a gym session.

The Monday & Tuesday Clubs
Choose your own leisure programme in a group with new friends. Join a bowling team and train for Special Olympic success or relax and enjoy massage in our Zen Room. Play to win at table tennis, watch football matches in the pub, or cook up a feast in healthy living sessions.

The Wednesday Club
Design your own programme with other people aged 18-25 to check out the latest plays and films at London theatres and cinemas. Organise your own club night or see life through a lens and try street photography.

The Unknown or Little Venice Bands
Dazzling audiences for years with their sheer talent, these bands offer you the chance to rock your socks off or be a groupie. Come and help them make their next CD. Read a review of their latest gig.

Dance Active Sessions
Exercise the glamourous way with Dance Active sessions. Make new friends, get fit, learn dance routines and perform at London theatres. Run by a qualified dance tutor, Dance Active sessions are a great way to stay fit.

PASS : Physical Activity Support Scheme
If you love the Olympics, want to try new sports, make new friends or just get fit, our PASS project is for you.
Trained volunteers will support you to try new sports like badminton, table tennis and bowling at local leisure centres. Join sports clubs and gyms to learn about using running machines, weights and climbing walls. Get fit at a slower pace and try our Hampstead Heath walks, yoga sessions, Tai Chi, or dancing.
