Volunteers: Mailout

Kentish Town, Borough of Camden

What is it?

Mailout is a social enterprise based in Kentish Town offering training and support for people with learning disabilities, where all profits are reinvested to offer further training opportunities.

From Monday to Friday, adults with learning disabilities attend Mailout to learn about working in an office environment, practical skills in mailing, as well as to make friends and maintain health and well-being through team work.

All trainees who attend Mailout learn in a safe and friendly space supported by enthusiastic staff who ensure everyone receives the support they need to thrive and learn.   

How you can help:

We are looking for volunteers to be an extra pair of hands at the project, to support trainees and generally be a friendly face to add to our learners’ experiences. You don’t need to have experience working with people with learning disabilities, but enthusiasm is essential!
